Draw Your Happy

In this workshop series, participants will explore all five senses with art activities led by Tasneem Dairywala. Beginning with a tutorial on watercolour pencils, participants will create vision boards of the things they like smelling, touching, hearing, and tasting. Participants will have a chance to put the external world on hold and listen to what’s going on inside of themselves. Workshops will equip participants with the skills to express themselves in multiple creative ways in order to enhance emotional and mental wellbeing. Each participant will select one piece for display in a final group exhibition.
